Wow, all this over making the customer happy? I’ve been using the Auto Hop feature on my PrimeTime Anytime recordings because I work a few hours every week in once of Dish’s call centers, and I’m in school full time. Since I have so little time to watch TV, I like that I can get the most of it by choosing to not watch commercials. I can fit more shows into the time I watch TV, and I don’t feel at all guilty about it.
